What are your prices?

​Our community features studios, one- and two-bedroom floor plans with a variety of layouts to match your needs. Our rents may change daily, so for the most up-to-date pricing, we recommend that you check availability on the floor plans page. Additionally, we do have a $75 application fee, a $400 move-in fee, and other applicable charges as outlined on your monthly statement. Should you have questions on any charges, please feel free to contact our wonderful office staff.

Are there restaurants and bars nearby?

​We are just steps from several restaurants and bars. Le Grenier, Bar Elena, and Fare Well are some of our favorites and are only a block away. There are even more restaurants up and down H Street or venture out to Union Market and other restaurants within close proximity to the property.

How much is the one- and two-bedroom apartments?

Our pricing changes daily but you can find the most up-to-date pricing and availability on our floors plan page. The range for today is $2135-$3245 for our one- and two-bedroom apartments. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or team is here to help!

What are the concierge hours?

The concierge service is available 24 hrs/days, 7 days a week.

What are the fitness center hours?

​The fitness center is available Monday - Sunday between the hours of 5:00 AM to 12:00 AM.

How are maintenance requests submitted?

​Maintenance request can be submitted through the Resident Portal, with the front desk or by contacting the leasing office.

Is street parking available?

​Yes, with limited hourly and zone parking. Please adhere to posted signage.

Is there parking in the building?

​Parking is available in the parking garage attached to the building. Please see Leasing Professional for monthly rates.

How can I get my packages?

​Packages are received at the front desk and can be picked up 24 hrs/days, 7 days a week.

Is there dry-cleaning in the building?

​Yes. Drying cleaning service is available and is an easy drop-off and pick-up through the front desk.

How far are you from National Airport?

​Reagan National Airports is 4 miles from the property and can be accessed by metro as well.

How close are you to Capitol Hill, grocery store, Noma, Navy Yard & The Wharf?

​The Capitol, National Mall, Smithsonian Museums, Union Market, and National Monuments are 1 mile from the property. The Wharf is 1.9 miles from the property, and Navy Yard is 3.6 miles from our property.

Can I pay my rent online?

​Rent can be paid through the resident portal.

Are utilities included?

​Resident's pay water/sewer, trash, and electricity. All utilities are individually metered and billed to the resident. Trash is $10.00 per month and billed with the monthly rent.

What amenities do you have, and is there an amenity fee?

​No, we do not require an amenity fee. You will have access to our rooftop deck and grills, courtyard, fitness center, and club room year around.

Is there grocery shopping nearby?

Yes, we have a Giant Grocery Store in the building (ground level). Whole Foods is 0.2 miles from the property, and Trader Joe's is 0.5 miles from the property. In addition, you will find that services, such as Instacart, are easy to use in our area if you don't have the time to do your shopping and would rather have it delivered.

Are you close to the metro?

​Yes, Union Station is approximately 1 mile from our community. You are able to check train times on our Transit Screen, transit app, or directly through the WMATA (Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority) website.

What are your office hours?

​Our office is open to both current and future residents Monday - Friday from10:00am to 6:00 pm and on Saturdays from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Sundays 12:00pm - 5:00pm. You can also view available floor plans, community amenities, and access other community information on our website 24/7.

Do you allow pets?

​Yes, we do! Our apartments are pet-friendly to both dogs and cats with certain breed restrictions on dogs. We do have a limit of 2 pets per apartment with a monthly fee of $50 per pet. A one time $500.00 pet fee is also required at the time of move-in.
